The subject .structure was erected in conflict with St. Lucie County
Land Development Code requirement that a separation of 8' be
maintained in Recreational Vehicle Parks: Existing bay window on
the.lot to the north is 714" from the subject structureo-
Temporary and conditional approval for occupancy will be given
subject to the following terms:
1- Application to St. Lucie County Board of Adjustment for
variance from required 8' separation.
2. Should the undersigned fail to obtain the variance by
November 18, 1992, the residence shall immediately be
vacated and modifications be executed to achieve the
required 8' separation.
3. Compliance with all applicable codes and standards and
satisfaction of all required inspections.

4. Any failure-to_comply with the terms will result in the
undersigned being subject to action by the Code
Enforcement Board and the penalties prescribed in Chapter
1-2 Article III of the St. Lucie County Code of
Ordinances and Chapter 162 of the Florida Stutes.
The undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby release and
agree to hold harmless St. Lucie County and their employees. from
all liabilities and claims of any type or nature which may arise
now or in the future out of this transaction. 'The undersigned
further agree to indemnify St. Lucie County and their employees
from and against any claims, damages, losses and expenses,
including attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from the
execution of this agreement.
