This invoice Is in accordance with the current FPUA Resolution; a copy is available at www.fpua.com.
The invoice amount is based an a $500 flat fee for water/wastewater and a $600 flat fee for electric plus S20 per water, $20 per wastewater equivalent
residential connection(ERC), and $20 per electric meter or point of service. Water and wastewater ERCs are based on 300 GPD water usage and 240 GPO of
wastewater discharge. FPUA considers multifamily developments such as apartments ortownhomes to represent 70% of one ERG per unit. For commercial
developments, usage is based on the provided Engineer's estimate, FDEP standards and historical data, if available,
