The constructability review is complete and the plans are attached. I am issuing the Right -of -Way permit and the
contractor can pick it up whenever he is ready.

Have you received corrections? Have the constructability review been signed off? According to Byron the contractor, the
Engineer has corrected the comments and submitted corrections. They were not submitted to me.
