Company. a Delaware Corporation. and the said Lorain County Savinge & ~rust Comapny. as
trustee, whioh agreement is reoorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County. State of Florida. said trustee being Party of the First Part, herein,
and the Indien rliver Furms Company. a corporation. authorized and existing under the laws
of the Statt of ?lorida. Party of the Second Part
