hereby assign, transfer and eet over unto the 8aid William Francie diehards. his heirs
and assigns. all my right, title and interest in. to and under a certain contract and the
land described therein, which contract is dated April 1.'1919. made by P. F. Biddle and
Grace C. Biddle. hie wife, ~o said Urs. Houde L. lticharde (being the 8aid Yeud L, Hichards
herein mentioned), and which contract agrees to convey upon certain conditions therein

west of River Street. es per Aaron Lee's survey and plat of Fort Pierce. Florida. shown in

'i'his assignment being made, however. upon the express condition that the said
Nilliam Francis ~ichords shall assume and pay all moneys due end to become due the said
J. F. Biddle and wife under the terms of said contract.
