Dear Mr. Snyder:
As requested, we were present during the installation. of Ahe.el.even .(1.1) auger -
cast -piles for the proposed structure at the referenced site. Pile layout by others.
The pile installation inspection was generally performed in accordance to the
"Inspector Guide to the Auger Cast -In -Place Piles", published by the Auger Cast -
In -Place Pile Committee of The Deep Foundation Institute.
Based on this inspection, it is our professional opinion, that the piles constructed
for the referenced project were installed as specified .on the construction
drawings. The pile documentation and Location Plan are attached. Please note
that pile 3 and 4 were relocated due to sewer main. The new locations of these
piles are reflected on the location plan.
