We confirm we havelinstalled the following materials at the above house:
1. Roof Deck— Underside
BASF closed cell spray foam insulation, material applied to the underside of
the roof deck s a sealed attic system.
Insulation wa installed to an R-20 rating (average thickness3 inches).
2. Exterior Walls — Interior Side
BASF closed c II spray foam was installed to an R-21 rating (average 3-
1/2inches thi kness).
3. Crawl Space
BASF closed c ' II spray foam was applied to the underside of the floor deck
to a thickness of 2inches (R-14).
