Dear Building Official,
The contractor, Florida Trend Homes, Inc., has always railed on the roofing company to
schedule its inspections for the tin tag and mewl lnspecdon. The roofing conbaatar, "Roof
Concept$' expects the contractor to call in all inspections. Therefora, the roof has been shingled
without the required inspections.
The shingles used are Owene Coming 40 year Arch6ecture Dimensional shingles. These
have been placed on one layer of 30 feet tin tagged at 12" max in field and 6' O.C. along edges.
The Valley metal Is 18' wide, 22 gauge galvanized metal fastener with 1 X" roofing nails
12' O.0 along edges and edges sealed Frith Roof Bull.
. The drip edge is 2x2 galvanized. 4x6 gahâ–ºanized "L° bashing is used at the raised roof
areas and bulled tap and bottom along the edges. The shingles are seamed with 81 W roofing
nails per shingle. This application meets with good engineering practices and complies with the
product approval requirements for this specft producL
