WITNK33ETH: that the said parties of the first part for and in oonsideration of tho
sum of one dollar (~l.OO) to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, the re-
ceirt whereof is horeby ncknowlcdg~d have granted bargained and s~ld to the party of
the second part, his heire and assigns forever, the following described land situate,
lying and being in the county of 3t.Lucie and 3tate of ~lorida, to-wit: the undivided

This deed is reade for the f,urpose of correcting title to the above described tract
of land, The said 3amuel ~. Wilhite and Mary ~llen Wilhite having attempted to convey
the same to the said Samuel ~son Wilhite by warranty deed bearing date the/4th day of
October 1916 and recorded on the 16th day of January 1920 at page ~18 of Book 4a of the

records of svid county as dOcuffient No. 1542 wherein said land is ir.correctly des~ribed.
