Dear Ms. Olson,
Please accept this as my request for a hardship waiver of the elevation requirement. The current
elevation of the building (detached garage) is the same as the house. If the elevation is raised to the
current requirements, then should there be any significate to moderate rain it will cause flooding to my
home and to the next door neighbor's home.
