Wolff Scope
Existing Cedar Shiplap over Plywood; Would like to see lap instead.
Back Patio and Balcony to Remain as is. See Highlighted Scope
Deducts. Demolish All other Shiplap to base plywood beneath. Repair
existing plywood and Re -Nail at 4" OC. Apply 4" ProtectoWrap to seal
all window & door openings as well as corners and any penetrations.
Install HardieWrap with HardieTape over all exposed surfaces. Install
5/4x4 HardieTrim to all Openings and Corners. Z- Flash all horizontal
top trims. Install Starter Strip at wall bottoms wherever required.
Install 8.25" HardiePlank with 7" exposure to all remaining surfaces.
Color Match OSI Caulk to Be Applied at the all vertical interfaces,
Inner edges of window and door openings, exterior corner joints and
exposed trim nails. All work to be executed beyond code and precisely
to the manufacturers recommendations.
