M. Mora - Architect, Inc. r i fin- •; r MAY 17 2018 Permitting Department St. Lucie County, FL In regard to the above referenced property, I Eusebio M. Mora, performed the inspection of the here aforementioned structure with the intent of evaluating the existing installation and repairs to the exterior wood sheathing for compliance with the Building Code at the time of the issuance of the above building permit. The main building composition consists of a two-story rectangular shaped, residential duplex building with approximately ± 2700 ft. of area. There are 2 single garages in each of the duplex unit. The exterior of the units is covered with a tongue and groove wood plywood sheathing. The exterior sheathing has remained in place and was NOT REMOVED. Minor and limited damaged areas of the exterior sheathing were removed and replaced only. These areas of repair and methods of attachment were installed in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Florida Building Code 2014. A building wrap, "Dupont, Tyvek" was installed over the existing exterior sheathing to serve as a thermal and moisture vapor. The paper backed metal lath was installed with the intent of applying a stucco finish to the entire exterior of the building. Based upon visual observation and inspection the repairs, methods of attachment and installation for the sheathing along with the metal lath were in compliance with the minimum requirements of the Florida Building Code.
