THE ENGINEER OF RECORD IS TO BE CONTACTED IN WRITING
FOR CLARIFICATION IF DISCREPANCIES ARISE.
3.0 THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MEANS AND
METHODS ASSOCIATED WITH WORK TO BE COMPLETED. THIS IS
