never lived upon. nor in any way whatsoever hel a homeetead or any other residenoe on Lot

MoCullers, Jr.. to the ssid Lula YOCullers. and sold by said Lula MCCullers, widow. to B.nja-

Depo~ent further B8ith that the said John M. MoCullers. Jr.. and his wife. Lule
McCullers, resided on the m6inland. near Quay, St. Luoie County. florlda; that 8aid John
.. KoCullers. J... died in his home at that ~16C", and his will was probated on February 13,
1919. and filed in teet&mentbry reoord Book 1. page 185; and that said Lula MoCullers still
resides in 88id home near Quay.
Deponent further saith th~t he is well aoquainted with J. E. W. McCullers. having
known sei4 J. ~. W. ~Cullers during all hiB life time. and is familiar of hiB own personal
kno.ledge where Baid J. E. I. ~Cullers has resided. n.ponent seith that said J. E. I.
