WITHBSSETH. That in oonsideration of the covenants herein contained. and the pay-
mants hereinafter mentioned to be made by the party of the seoond pert. the 8aid partie8
of the first part hereby covenent~ and agree to oonvey to the said party of the second part
in fee 8imple. olear of all inoumbranoes whatsoever. by a good snd suffioient warranty deed,

seoond pert feile to pay texes and assessments on said property whioh should be paid by the
said second part. then the parties of the first part m6y pay ~te same; but said amount ?ith
interest _at eight per oent. per am_um sh6ll be repaid to the parties of the first pert be-
fore the delivery of the deed herein provided for.
The party of the seoond part shall have the privilege of paying in oash the ~hole
amount of installments of prinoipal remaining unpaid at ai17 time.

being liable for any action therefor; or the partiee of the tirst nart may bring suit for
