Will install 36" metal exterior door within three feet of the overhead door with the option of either side . #5. Will hire Applebee Electric and install two electric light fixtures along with two outlets. #6. This building is for storage only- and we do not feel this building should have a toilet or sink. Our maintenance man and staff live in the park and if the sink or water line should burst while no one is there during the summer months, we could lose lots of water and property, due to water damage.
