Please be advised our office has inspected drywall removal and repalcement at the entire
existing residence for the above referenced address and fmd that it has been completed as
per the requirements of the Florida Building Code 2014, and with our Engineering
requirements for this project.
Inspections Include: Drywall removal, Drywall installation, Insulation installation.
Note: All wall studs, and electrical boxes have drywall particulate removed. All
electrical wiring and and plumbing pipes cleaned.

Please be advised our office has inspected HVAC replacement at the entire existing
residence for the above referenced address and find that it has been completed as per the
requirements of the Florida Building Code 2007, and with our Engineering requirements
for this project.
Inspections Include: Air Conditioning Rough and Air Conditioning Final.
