Please be aware that for concrete only we don't require a min. required floor elevation. However, any non-residential and residential buildings in St Lucie County are required to have a minimum finished floor elevation of 18" above center line of the adjacent road. If the 30'x30' slab is for a future garage, we will require the slab to be at 101.5' at time of submittal permit for garage.
