olear, disoharged and uninoumbered of and from ell former and other titles, olouds and inoum-
branoes of what nature and kind soever; that the said parties of the first nert, their heirs,
exeoutors and administrators, eaoh and every, shall make, exeoute and aoknowledge suoh fur-
ther end other deeds and assuranoes a8 by oounsel learned in the law may be oonsidered rea-
sonably proper to effeotuate the full intent and meaning of thiB instrument. Bote:-

of the internal improvement fund, to George F. Parker, oonveying the same lands, under date
of 2nd day of May A. D. 1923.

premises, and every pert and paroel thereof, unto the said party of the seoond part, his heirs
and assigns, against the said parties of the first pert, and their .eirs, and against all

warrent and by these presents forever defend.
