THIS LEASE, Made the firs\ d~ of Ua%oh A D 1923, by and between Redstone Lumber &
Suppl;V Company, a oorporation organized and existing under the laws of the 3tate of Florida,
with its prinoipal plaoe of business at Vero. St Luoie County, Florida, hereinafter
oalled the Lessor, and Veto 108 Com>>any, a oorporation organi~ed and existing under the
laws of the State of Florida, with its prinoipal place of business at Vero, in the County
of 3t Lucie and State of Plrida, hereinafter called the Lessee,
WITIB8SBTH: 1. That for and in oonsideration of the sum of One Hundred and twenty
(tl20 00) dollars, lawful money of the United3tatea of Amerioa, to the said L08sor in hand
paid by the said Lessee, the reoeipt whereof is h,reby aoknowledged, and further, in
oonsideration of the oovenants herein contained on the part of the Lessee to be kept and
