Personally appeaud before me Alfred R Anthony. to me well known, who being
duly sworn 8ays that he was a brother-in-law of Gosper S TQoker, and that he knowa
that the gr&1ltee in the deed exeOQted by W C Rawlinson and wife, dated Llaroh 14th, 1904,
reoorded in Book "RRft page 146 of the Brevard County records, oo~veying,
All of the W.l/2 of Lot 9 in Blook "G" and the South
13.3 fe.t of the W 1/2 of Lot 8 in Bloak "G", of A.
Le.'s sQlvey and Plat of 't Pieroe, Florida
was the said Go.per S Tuoker, and that G a Tuoker, Goss S Tucker and Gosper S Tuoker, was
the same person, and that 3arah C Tuoker was the mother, and is the only SQlViTing heir of
the said Gosper S Tuoker. deoeased, and that the said Gospe~ 3 Tuoker was known and did
business under all three names and styles of G S Tuoker, G08S 3 Tucker and G08per S.

- And affiAnt :further says that the wind mill, tank, and :fixtures, and sowerage
pipe referred to in the said deed of W C Rawlinson and wife to G 3 Tuoker and in deed
. from Sarah C Tuoker to Stella G 'rye dated Febraary 28. 1923, reoorde4 on page 392 deed
Book 47, St Luoie County records, conveying the same property have 1 ng since been
removed and there is no easement in respect to them running to other persons than the
asid Stella G Tyo.
