(a) Buying, holding, owning, oontrolling. working, developing, selling, oonveying.

~igrants; and to ereot and construot houses, buildings, and works of every kind on the
land of the Association. To manufacture, purchase, or otherwise aCluire, to hold, own.
mortgage, pledge, sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of, invest, trade, and
deal in and with timber, lumber. naval stores. and other goods. wares, and merchandise of
every olass and desoription which may be oalculated. directly or indirectly. to effectuate
its businees.
(0) Aoqutr ing, owning, managing. exchanging. selling, or dealing in stocks, shares
and securities of corporations, trusts or associations, or individuals, engaging in whole
or in part in any business above mentioned.

14. These Trustees shall have a8 full power and discretion as if absolute owners. to
invest and reinvest, sell, tranafer and convey any part or all of said trust funds or
property, upon such terms 8l1d oond.itiona as they may see fit. They maj' borroi'i money and
mortgage or pledge, as security for such loana or loans, any property or funds of the
Assoc 18t ion.

16. The Trustees Shall hold annual meetings at the principal plaoe of business of
the Association during the month of January, at which they shall choose one of their
number who shall be the President of the Association; another who sholl be deoretary. and
another who shall be Treasurer, and ~ provide and eleot a Viae-President or. General-

The officers shall hold their respeotive offices until the next annual meeting, or
until their successors are elected and quslified. The President shall be the ohief
executive o~fioer of the Association, and will preside at all meetings when present. sign
(with the Secretary) all certi~ioates of shares, all bills, notes, cheoks, oontraots, aad
tth.r instrumentswhioh mar pertain to tbe business and affairs of the Assooiation, and
