16. Upon the wri~ten request of a majority of the Trustees, the President stall oall
a spaoial meeting of the trustees or officers. Notice stAll be mailed each offioer or
Trustee at least five days prior to the date of suoh meeting or suoh notioe may be waived
by all in writing, ani such not1o~ shall speoify the purpose for whiohthe meeting is
oalled, ani no other business than specified In the notioe shall be transaoted.
At any special meeting The Trustees, by a two-thirds vote, may (l)l ohange the prin-
oipal place of business of the Association, or establish branch offioes: (2) remove a
Trustee. or officer fot oause: (31 fill any vacancy in either trustee or offioer: (4)
increase or diminish the EIJ1oun'; of abares into which the beneficial inter~sts in this trust
shall be divided, provided thoo. said amount of shares shall never be less than the amount
outstanding and (6) transaot such other business as may be speoifioally set -forth in the
notice of the meeting.
17. A majority of the trustees shall constitute a quorum, and the decision of the
majority of those present and acting at any time shall make valid any action taken.

18. All oertificates &ball be signed by the President and Jecretary and bear the seal
of tbe Association. No assessment shall ever be made Ilpon the shareholders, ani the books
of the Association shall always be opon to their inspection. The Association shall have
a seal and insoribed thereon shall be the name of the Association and also the work "Seal.

19. The Trustees shall render an account annually or oftener, if oonvenient, and shall
upon request, deliver or mail a oopy to eaoh shareholder
