alIen oonveyed said traot of land to John T. Stanly, and the said John T. Stanly by deed
dated 'ebruary 3, 1908, oonveyed said tract of land to Samuel C. Stewart, said derd being
reoorded on page 384 of Deed BOOk 3, St. Luoie County reoords; that said Samuel C. Stewart
W8S in actual possession and made annual oultivation of 8aid lands by raising beans thereon
during eeoh of the years f~G. 1908 to 1911 inolu8ive; that the.said ~amuel C. Stewart con-
"led Leaid traot of land to "arran C. ~neden by deed dated August 11. 1911. reoorded on
page 116 of .Deed BOOk 9, St. Luoie County records, and the eaid jierren C. Sned6n has been
in aotual p08session of sold traot of land, and has cultivated the same annually by raising
beans thereon for eaoh year from the year 1911 up to tbe date of this affi4avit inclusive.
This afliant says that he was well aoquainted with e&oh of the above mentioned
Wahington IrVing Allen. JOhn T. Stanly, ~amuel C. ~tew8rt and 'arren C. ~nedea; that the
posseSSion of the above named personB a~ to the aoove desorib6d tract of land was continu-
OUB, peaceable, adverse bnd uninterrupted for 8 period of time oo~~ncing seYeral years be-
fore the year 1901 and extending up to the date of this affidavit; ond that said treot of
lend has "en continuously improved and cultiveted by the above named owner_, reBpec~ively,
during ell of the eaid period of time; and that no person whomsoever h9s ever Qade or exercif-
ed any olaim adverse to the right, title or interest of the Above named owners, respeotively,

named a8 grantee in 6 oertain deed from William D. Edwards and wife, dated Usy 30, 1901, re-
oord~d on page 96 of >>ted Book JJ Brev~rd County reoords. and that Boid S. S. Goodb.ead never
olaimed or exeroised any posFeBsion whatsoever in the above desoribed tract of lond; that
he is well aoquainted with the wi6o. and children of said S. S. Goodbread, and that none of
eaid persons have ever olalmed or exeroised any ~ossessionwhatsoever in 80id traot of land,
nor has any person olaiming under o~ through~the eeid S. S. Goodbread. his heirs or legal
~prlsentativ68, ever olaimed or exeroised any possession of said tract of land.

D. Idwards, end that the sei4 William D. Adwerds was not the owner of or in posBes~ion of
eeid trvot of lend on Way 30, 1901, nor had the said william D. Kdwards been in possession
or ola~ing possession of said traot of land for many years prior to the yeer 1901, and the~
