6. The Trustees shall have authority to borrow money and fix the terms of any
loan., and give any pltdge, mortgage or other saouri ty which they may deem wise.
Ko purohaser from or lender to the Trustee shall ever have any liability to
see to the applioation of any prooeeds.
6. The Trustees may employ all such agents !Uld attorneys as 'they may think pro-
per and tind expediant, and presorlb_ their powers and duties, and shall not be personally
responsible for any Misoonduot, errors or ommis3ions of suoh agents or attorneys employed and
retained with reasonable oare.
V. The Trustees shall at all times keep f~l and proper bOOks of aocount and re-
oorls of their prooeedings and doings, and shall, at least annually, render ocoount of the
trust to any benefioiary requesting the same, but no Trustee serving hereunder shall be
obligea to give any bond, nor shall any Trustee have any liability exoept for the results
of his own gross negliaenoe or bad faith.
8. The Trustees shall have full power at any time, ~ending final termination
of this trust, to transfer the whole or ouy part of the property then held by them here-
under to any oorporation which they may aoquire or oause to be organized for llie more

oonvenient or expedient holding or management of t he property, taking any securities i8sued
by suoh oorporation in exoha~ge and payment therefore, and the Truste~s or any of them,
may at any time be or _eoome direotors or officers of any corporation any shares of which
are held by them.
9. The Trustees shall be 6ntitled to receive reason8~e oompensati2n for ser-
vioe not exceeding a total of Ten (10) per oent reckoned upon the groBS income reoeived
by them as such, unless, at any time, a majority in interest of the oestui que trusts
oonsent in writing to some larger oompensation for any past servl4e. The Trustees shall
also be entitled to r.imbnrsement and indemnifioation fr2m the trust proterty for all their
proper expenses ~nd .~iabUi tus, ,and 8bal~ be enti Uedat all times to the services and
advioe of oounsel, and travelling expenses to and from al~ meetings of the Trustees shall
be condldered proper expenses.
10. Every Trustee. in his individual capaoity. or i~any other fiduciary
capaoity, may purohase, hpld and own beneficlo1 interests in this trust in all reapects
as if he were not a Trustee, and may purohase at Publio Auotion any real estate or
personal property offered for sale by the Trustees.
11. Io transfer of benefioial interest in this trust sball De binding upon

suoh benefioial interest shall be aurrendered to the Trustees at their offioe in the City

In oase of 10S8, mutilation or destruotion ot a certifioate, the Trustees may
issue a new one upon suoh terms 8S they see fit.
