The Trustees hereunder shall be three in number and ma~ annually eleQt trom among their number 8 ohairman to be known as the oholrman of the board o~ Trustees, and may also eleot from among their number a seoretary and a t~oa8urer, and suoh other offioers as they may deem advi8able and prescribe their powers and duties.
