1. Repair Roof Leak
2. Remove Damaged Ceiling Drywall and Remediate any existing Mold
3. Remove and Replace Rotten Wood on Fascia and Exterior of house
4. Repair Exterior stucco repair holes in walls
5. Complete Electrical repairs to fix any exposed wires
6. Complete Plumbing repairs to fix damaged fixtures and Install Water heater
7. Remove and Replace Damaged Drywall
8. Repair Damaged Front Screen Door
Note Separate permit will be obtained to address carport enclosure
