You can cross it out and add the new building but the building and the setbacks must to scale. We use an engineer scale.

The cost of the construction on the permit is written in at 16,000. We will change the cost of
construction when you come in. Since the invoice indicates the cost being under 10.000 we will accept
two copies of the survey with the new proposed structure showing the actual setbacks. The drawing
should show that the old structure is not existing and has to be to scale.
