Buyer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes, customs duties, and other charges for the importation of any buildings, regardless of whether such charges are set forth in this Contract. • Buyer may not Issue instructions to delay manufacturer and/or shipment of the material. • Unless otherwise specified, materials will be delivered via flat bed truck. Buyer is responsible for unloading of truck and must pay driver balance due prior to unloading material. • Buyer agrees that this agreement constitutes a cus m order and all sales are final.
