Sheathing shall be installed in accordance with FBC requirements. Roof decks shall have no more than'/8" gap at abutting joints. Minimum 19/32" plywood for new construction or minimum 15/32" plywood for existing construction in the HVHZ only. Min. slope: Min. 2:12 and in accordance with the FBC; For slopes less than 4:12, the underlayment must be half -lapped over the underlying course.
