the following described pleoe,or paroel of land.situated in the City of Port Pieroe, County
of St. Lucie, and State of 'Iorida, to-wit:
The East Thirty-rive (35) feet of Lot One (1), Block "~', of the City

TO HAVE AIID TO HOLD the sama unto the said party of the second part and its
