office of the Clerk of the Cirouit Court in and for SBid County.
RESTRICTIOnS.
1. The nurchaser must olear ~is lot of all underbrush or und~sirable growth within 90 days
from date of purchase, and in the event of his not oom~lying with this, the Comoany shall have
the right to do such olearing at a oost not to exoeed $10.00 per lot and charge same to the
purchaser.
2. That the nurchaser. will, within one year from date, set or cause to have sot out, at
least five ornamental trees on the lot. and a~':least two ornamental trees between the side-
walk and curb_line, Which will be cared for by the Comoauy at a nominal cost, in the event
that purchaser is not on the ground.
3. That all buildinps erec~cd. must flrst comply with the restrictions with referenoe to
placement of building on the lot, and that no residence shall be nlaced closer to the lot line
than thirty (30) feet, and no buildings shall be erected within the restricted.district which
entail an exnenditure of less than '2000,00 without snecial ocrmiszion of the ~omnany. All .
buildings, including roofs. shall be painted within 90 days ~rom completion. .
This contract anflies only to lots in the restrioted dlstrict in the town of Vero, as
is sho;;n on the Com~ s plat of the Vero Townsi te.
