Good afternoon!
I inspected the above property. During my inspection from the road, I did not see a generator
on the property.
Please see the attached photos.
Have a good one!

IMPORTANT NOTICES:
St. Lucie County is in the process of launching a new online platform (known as Tyler EnerGov) for
permitting, planning, code enforcement, and contractor licensing. This new platform will allow for
convenient electronic submission of applications, facilitate the processing and tracking of
applications, from submission to closure, all through an online web-based system. The new online
platform is expected to go live on Friday, April 22, 2022.
To learn more about the new online platform, please visit:
https://www.stlucieco.gov/planningandpermitting. The webpage will be updated frequently with
information on meetings, training, how-to information, and other helpful information related to the
implementation of the new platform.
In April, the email addresses for permit submissions and revisions (Submittals@stlucieco.org and
Permits@stlucieco.org ) will no longer be available for submitting applications in preparation of the
transition to the new platform. Starting in April, applications and documentation need to be
submitted in person. Please do not email documents to individual employees unless information is
specifically requested by a staff member. During this timeframe, the County must ensure the
tracking of information and consolidate the information for conversion to the new system.
Further, the County’s current systems for permitting, inspections, development review and code
enforcement will be down April 7th (Thursday) and April 8th (Friday) to configure and transfer data
in preparation for the new online platform. During this period, the County will have limited
functionality and will be handling all tasks manually. For the best customer service, we encourage
all applicants to submit and request items (including inspection requests) by Wednesday, April
6th or wait until Monday, April 11th.
Please Note: Florida has very broad public records laws. Most written communications to or from County officials regarding County
business are public records available to the public and media upon request. It is the policy of St. Lucie County that all County records
shall be open for personal inspection, examination and / or copying. Your e-mail communications will be subject to public disclosure
unless an exemption applies to the communication. If you received this email in error, please notify the sender by reply e-mail and delete
all materials from all computers.
