However, the project is located within the zone of influence of Fort Pierce Utility Authority wellfield. 2) To ensure the containment stucture is impervious to the products being stored, the epoxy coating shall be applied to both the walls and floor of the containment stucture. Petro Pro Inc. has verbally agreed to address this issue.
