M. Stanford Burkholder oonveyed said rropetty to Robert Ebbe, the said ~la C. 3tanford became
married to John G. May and died without issue leaving as her sole heir at law the said John
'G. May, her husband, and that the said Immaroe W. Stanford beoame married to one William
Burkholder who died prior to the execution of the deed last above set out.
