a. Hunt of Port Pleroe Witnesseth that the said Braswell & ~oNei11 agrees to sell, and that
the laid M1116~4j D. Hunt agrees to p~rohaRe certain Real batate situated in Raid Fort Pieroe
known and designated aR Lot No. 60 ~ 61 on a plan of lots laid out in accordanoe with a map
drawn by C. 3. steele, C. E.Said premises are to be convoyed by a goOd Bnd sufficient war-
ranty deed b, the said Braswell &: McNeill free from all encumbrances. That said Lot No. 60 .
& 61 shall be deeded a8 soon OR t~e ~urchaRe prioe of said Lot No. 50 &: 51 is fully ,old
with interest, and the R~illard D.~Uunt agrees to pay for said Lot No. 50 & 61 the sum of
Two hundred & twent, five,($226.00) and interest at tce rate of six r~r oent. (6%) psya1le
semi-annually OR follows Twenty five Dollars ($25.00) 1n cSla ~avine already been paid, the
balance shall be paid In monthly paym~nts of Ten Dollars, CflO.OO) on or before the tenth of
each, and every month thereafter. until the total furcbaae prioe of Two hundred & twenty five
Dollars, ('225.00) haR been p~id in full ~ith interest, provided, however, that if said pur-

ments of said principal sum within thirty days of the due date all unpaid in~tallmentH shall

8aid Bra8~el1 & MoNeilI. The said purchaler agrees to pay all taxes ass8ssed and assessments
on said Let No. 60 & 51 during the continuance of thia agreement.
