Personally appefP'ed before me thi s day Zmma~ Coohran i to me well known, "tho being
first duly sworn deposes and says:
~hat'th1s affiant is the widow of nobert T. Coohran, deceased, formerly of Zast
Orange, 3ssex County, !lew Jersey. That the said Robert T. Coohran died intestate December
1,' 1922, .at 3ast Orange, llow Jersey, lebving surviving him his widow, the said 3mr!a M. Coch-
ran, his sons Thomt\s Fletoher Cochran and Lindsey ill Cochran, and his daughter L~argaret H.
Coohran, constt tuting his solo heirs at law. That at the date of this affidavit all of tho
said heirs of Robert T. Cochran, deceased, are over the age of twenty-one years. That since .. .
the date of tho death of the said Robart T. Coohran the said llargaret H. Coohran ~rried
Robert H. Cook of l!iami, Florida. and that said U~rgaret H. Cochran is now known by.the name
of ~6rgaret H. Cook.
This nf:'iant further says that she is the ad.ninis t.ra tl'ix of the ,estate of t}-,e
aaid Robert T. Coohran, deceased, letters of administration havin~ been gr~ted to her from
the Surrogate Court of 3ssex County, Bew Jersey, and tr~t said letters of adoinistration are
now in full force 8lld existence. This affiN1t further says that the ostate of snid Robert
7.'. Cochran is not indebted to any person whomsoever, and,that there are :10 pending or Ul1-
settled claims against said estate.
This affiant further says trat the said Robert T. COChrWl died seized and possessed
