It is hereby mutual17 agre$d between the Indlan River Parms Company and the holder of
thls anplication when same is acce"!)ttd by its Treasurer. as follows:
1. That the purChaser when he mkes hle down payment will receive from the Com!ll ny
an acceptan~e which, togethor with this applioation. shall constitute a contract.
2. !hot all pa~rments oust be paid by bank draft or money order. payable to the Con-
pan7 at D~venport, Iowa. no agent of the Company has authority to receipt for money exclusive
of the first paymont.
3. That the unpaid balance 0 f the purchase price on any contract on which less than
50% PAS been paid. may be paid in full in cash and a disoount of 8% deduoted from the unpaid
balance. Or~ any contraot on which 5~ or more, and less than 75% of the purchase prico :~as
been paid, may be paid in full in cash and a discount of 0% deduoted from the \U1!laid balance.
Interest shall be charged on this contract at the rate of 6% per annum on the \'bole surn remain-.

recorded in the Clerk's office of St. Lucie Count.1. Florida. Or, that the purchaser hereof
shall have the right to have deed issued for the within desoribed property upon completion of
payment of 5o%<~n cash of the contract prioe, plus accumulated interest, by giving to the
60mpany his n~te or notes for the remaining unpaid balance, the note to bear interest at
6~ per annum, payable annually and be secured by mortgage on the within desoribed property.
6. Taxes of every nature on the within described proporty shall be paid by the pur-
ohaser beginning with the year following the year in whioh the purchase is made, statement
for whioh shall be direoted by the OompanJ eaoh year until issuance of deed to the purchaser,
