The party of the first '!)art agrees to furnish at its own expense a survey and ple.t

down to date s~Dwing good, merchantable and unincumbranced title in the party of the first ~art.
The party of the second p!'.rt shall have a period of thirty (:30) days from date after said ab-
stracts are furnished him in whioh to have said a bstracts examined by his attomoy. In
the ovent that the purchaser's attorney shall find ar~ objections to thejtitle, the party
of the :first "!)art shall have a re!lsonabl, time in which to cure said objections.
It is arreed th!lt the -party of the first "!)art shall pay all t axes and assessments
against said land up to and. including those assessed for the year 1923 and that the party
pro rata share of
of the second part shall/pay subsequent taxes.
The purchase money mortgage hereinbefore mentioned shall provide that the nortgegor
amy payoff the mortgage indebtedness. or a~ part thereof, ,at any time before maturity.
This contraot shall be binding on enure to the benefit of the heirs, succeszors, legal
representatives and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
