To all to whom these prosents shall oome. Greeting:
WHEREAS, ~. A~ Hyde & Co.. being the owner of a traot of land situated and inoluded
wlthin the limits of a Publlo Forest Reservation. known and offioially designated as the
Sierra Forest Relerve. California. bas under the provisiona of the Aot ap~roved June 4. 1897.
entitled, "An act making awropriation8 for sundry oivil expenses of the Government for the
fiscal year ending June thirtieth, e1ghteen hundred and ninety-eight. and for other pux?oses".
reconveyed and relinquished the said Traot to the United States and has. under the ~ovisions
of said Aot, selected in lieu thereof the following desoribed Traot of vaoant Publio Land
now open to settlement, to wit:
The Lot one of Seotion thirteen in Township thirty-seven smlth of Range forty-one east
of the Tallahassee Uerdian. Florida, oontaining forty-one aores and twenty-six mU1dredths
of an aore, according to the offioial Plat of the Slrrvey of the said Land, retlrrned to
the G318RAL LA1ID OFFICE by the Surveyor-General:
