proof of servl~ and mailing oopie8 ther~of to all creditors and other persons interested
in said e8tat., and said order having been made returnable on the 9th day of Pebruary. 1924,
at t~e offices of the Referee i~ the City of Dunkirk, H. ,., at 11 o'olock A. H., and an ad-
journment baTing been duly taken to the 16th day of February, 1924, end said property and
assets having been exposed for lIale by the trustee herein. Carlton B. Livermore of the vil-
lage of Silver Creek. N. Y., and aaid property and assets having been struck off to Wilbur J.
Bran4 of the Village of Silver Creek. .U. Y., for the sum of $3,050., the same being the high-
~2t bid received therefor. and It appearing to the Referee that the best interests of the
bankrupt estate will be subserved by the aooeptance and confirmation of said bidi
ORDERED that the Trustee herein, Oarlton B. Livermore of the village of Silver Oreek,
N. Y., be and he is, '&uthorlsed and dlreoted to execute and deliver to the purohaser, Wilbur
J. Brand, of the village of SiiTer Creek, N. T., a deed and bill of sale oovering all his
right, title and interest in and to all the property and assets of the said Port Fierce
Pruit Corpomtion of New York, bankrupt, upon recelTing 13,060., being the full purohase
prioe thereof.
Purther ORDERED that lIaid conveyanoes and bill of sale be. and the same hereby are.
