Perannally appeared before me this day John J. LaRoohe and Rlohard J. bgRoohe of
Brevard County, Florida. to me well knomr, who being first duly sworn severally depose and
say:

That these affiants were well aoquainted with James LaRoche, the grantee named in a
certain patent from the United States of America to said James LaRoche, dated October 15,
1884, and conveying Lots five and six (6 and 6) of Section 18, in Township 32 South of Range
40 Ea3t of Tallahassee Keri~lan In Florida, which patent iB recorded on page 684 of Deed
Book 1. Brevard Count~ Records. nho was also n~ed as grantee in a certain patent from the
United StateB of America to said James LaRoche, dated Ootober 30, 1888. conveying Lot Four
(4) of Section 18, in Township 32 South of Range 40 East of Tallahassee ~eridian in Florida,
and whioh patent is recorded on page 147 of Deed Book 0, Brevard County reoords.
These affiants further say that the said James LaRoche dies about the year 1901, and
that the said James LaRoche was not living upon or ocoupting ~ land, or a~ part thereof.
as a homestead at the date of his leath.
These affiants further Bay that the said James LaRoohe dies a widower, leaving as his
Bole heirs at law the following named persons, to-wit:
Seven sons and fi ve daug~ters as follows: John J. LaRoche, Robert B., LaRoche,
Richard J. LaRoohe, ~enj. B. LaRoohe, Daniel J, LaRoche. Edward W. LaRoche, a~d Francis
W. LaRoche, II) ns; and Bessie LaRoohe Hart, lIary LaRoohe Bailey. Julia LaRoche JenkinB, Sadie
LaRoche, and Kathrene LaBoohe Jenkins. daughters.
