Shelton, 88 administrator of the e8tate ot George 1).' ~helton, deoeased, of the County of
Saint Lucie and State of Florida, party o'f the first part,and H. J. Dame, of the County of
Saint Luoie and State of Florida, party of the second part.

April, 1923, appointed administrator of the estate of George D. 8helton by the Count1 Judge
of Saint Luoie County, Flo~ida. and that Oeorge D. Shelton, now ~eceased, did enter into a
contraot with Fred L. Rawson, &ated Karoh 15th, 1922, wherein the~ld George D. 8helton,
deceased, agree' to OOnTey to Fred L. Rawson the following property situate in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit~
South fifty (50) feet ot Lot Five (5), Blook 4 of J. S. Keen's Addition to Fort Pierce,
Florida.
And the said Thomas A. Shelton, 88 administrator of the estate of George D. ~helton,
deoeased,.did, on the 5th day of Yay,' A. D., 1981. oonvey by deed the South Fifty (60) feet of
Lot One (1) of Block 4 of J. S. Keens Addition to Fort ~ierce to Fred L. Rawson, and on the
16th day of June, A. D.. 1923. the said Fred L. ~wson did convey the same to H. J. Dame;
NOW, THEREFORE, the said Thomas A. Shelton, as administrator of the estate at George
D. Shelton. deceased, for the purpose of correoting the description In the deed aforesaid, and
in oonsideratlon of the ~remiseB a'oresaid, and for One Dollar and other valuable consideration
to him In hand paid by the said party cf the second part. the receipt whereof is hereby ackrtow-
