hereinafter (~lled the Lessor, and A. B. AlIDERSON and HULDA M. AIIDERSOll, his wife, herelnaf-
ter called the Lessees.

the Lessees to be kept and performed, the said Lessor doe. hereby lease to the said Lessees
the following described property, to-wit:
The building known as the Riverview Hotel on Pine Street. in the City of Port ~ierce,
Plorida, torether with the furniture that is in the said bul1di~g, including piano, bed clothes
and all other furniture in the said building, together with the )"ards that go with the said
building. and one dook in front of the said building and two fish ho~se8 on the said dook.
TO HAVE AIID 'f0 HOLD the sSlDe for the tern of one year from the 4th day o~ April,
A. D. 1923; t~e said Lessees paying therefor the BUm of TWELVE HUDDRED ($1200.00) DOLLA~S as
rent; Six Hundred ('600.00) Dollars to be paid upon tho signing of this Lease, and Six Hun-
dred (t6oo.00) Dollars to be paid within six months from this datv; that in default of the
~es8e.s paying the $600.00 within six months, this lease shall beeo.. null and void. The
Lessees hereby agree With the Lessora that they will pay all electrio light bills and water
bills and will })&y for the upkeep of the .1.'" and keep the said 3aJd.. in sanitary oondition.
The said Lessees hereby agree with the Lessor that they will not oommi t any waste on or about
the said premises; that upon the termination of this Lease th~ will return 811 furniture. bed

linen and other propert,y that goes with this lease to Leseor; that the Lessees ~lrther a~ree
with the Lessor that the said Rlverview Hotel will only be llsed as a Hotel and they will en-
deavor to keep the good name of the said RiTerview Hotel; that in default of any of the cove-
nants mentioned herein on the part of the Lessees this Lease shall terminate at onoe, end the
said LesBees hereby agree to vacate the said Premises at onee.
In oase the lessees should purohase this propert;y 1600.00 is to go on the purchase
prioe.
