ary 20th, 1917 in Deed BOOk 30 at !8ge 118 of the records of St. Luoie County, Plorida, where-
by the following described property was conveyed to William W. Warne, to-wit:
Lote Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) in Block Porty-seTen (4'1), Town of Vero. Plar ida,
as the same is desl~te! on plat of suoh town and reoorded in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for St. J~cle County, Florida.
That affiant is personally acquainted wi th William W. Warne and is also personally
acquainted with Dr. W. W. Wabe, the grantor in a certain deed dated ).{arch 24th, 1921 and
recorded April 19th, 1921 in Deed Book 43 at page 306 of the records or St. Lucie County,
Florida, conveying a part of the property above described; that the sa!d William W. Warne, gran-
. tee aforesaid, and the said Dr. W. W. Warne, grantor aforesaid, are one and the 8ameperson.
