ARTICL-g~ O~ AGREEMENT, )lade this 16 1&1 of February in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and 24 BETWEEN Geo~ge J. Reynolds and Wilhelmina Reynolds parties of
the first pfrt, and Jc A. Prere and Jules J. Prere. parties of the seoond part,
WITlffiSSETH, That if ~he said parties of the second part sh~ll first make the pay-

ments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and performed,
the 8aid parties of the first part ~8reby oovenant and agree to convey and assure to the ea1d
parties of the second part. In fee simple, clear of all incumbrances Whatever. by a good and
sufficient deed. the lots. pieces or parcels of ground oltuated In the Co\mty of ~t. Lucie.
State of Florida. known and described as follOWS. to-wit:
Lota 1. 2, 3. 4. 5, 6 of Block 9, of Lincoln Park Subdivision. being a subdivision of
the Iffit of ~eotion Nine, Township 35. South Range 40 East. aocording to plat recorded in
Plat Book 3. page 4. records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
and the said paTties of the second part hereby covenant and agree to pay to the said pa~ties
of the first part the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars. in the manner following One Hundred
and Fifty Dollars on the signing of this agreement, and Sixty Dollars per month until the

full amount is paid.
with interest at the rate of 8 per centu~. pdr annum payable semi

ments or impositions that may be legally levied or imposed upon said land subsequent to the
year 1924. and to keep the buildings upon said premises insured in some company satisfactory

agreement. And in case of failure of the said parties of the second part to make either of
the payments or any part thereof. or to perf.~ any of the covenants on their part hereby
made and entered into. this contract shall. at the option of the parties of the first part.
be forfeited and terminated. and the p~rtiea of the second Dart shall forfeit all payments

first part in fUll satisfaction and liquidation of all damafes by t~em sustained, and said
parties of the first part shall have the right to re-enter and take possession of the nremiSCE

IT IS JroTUXLtY AGREED. by and between the parties hereto, that the. time of f)&yment

shall be an essential part of this contract. and that all covenants and agreements herein con-
tained shall extend to and be obligatory upon the heirs. executors. administrators and assigns
of the respective p~rties.
