made by W. I. Allen, Surveyor, mode in Way 1898, and which plat is recorded on page 36
of Plat BOOk 4 in the offica of the dlerk of the Circuit Cowt of St. Lucie I.:ounty, ~'lori-
da. This deed oonveys the same property deeded April 10 th, 1923, by Warren ~~. Sneden to
Prank J. Anderson.

It 1a understood and agreed that Frank J. Anderson and ).tattle M. Anderson llave an

Goldsmith and 31izabeth ~. Goldsmith have an undivided one-fourth intorest in the ti tJe to
the above desoribed lend.
The parties of the second pert agree ..'i th the parties of the first part to aocept suoh
