Boulevard Development Com~any's Subdivision of West Three-Qaarters (3/4) of Section Six-
teen (16), ~ownship Thirty-five (36), South of Range Forty (40) East, according to the
plat filed in the office of the Clerk of Court of St. Lucie County.
Also the right to use the dock in the Indion River at the foot of the road loadinr. to
the Indian River through tawnwood Additton to be ereoted by 3. K. l!oCarty as per contract
dated January 2Oth,19l3, and recorded in Deed Book 15, Page 352, of St. Lucie County
Reoords.
And the said parties of t~e first part do tercby fully warrant the title to said land, and
wIll dafend the aarne against the lawful claims of all persons wbomsoever.
