sum or One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations to them in hand paid by tho party
of the second p~rt, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have ~ranted, bargained and

Also the right to use the dock in the Indian River At the foot of the road leading to the
IndIan :Uver through Lawnwood Adiition to be ereoted by B. K. !.!cC!arty as ~er contrect dated
January 20th, 1913 and recorded in Deed Book 15, Page 352. of St. Lucie County Hecords.
And the said narties of the first part~ferebY fUlly warrant the title to said land, and
will defend the same against the lawOims of all persons whomsoever.
