Dept. Please accept this letter addressing my request to extend a current"AFTER THE FACT" permit in light of struggles to finance the repairs. I assert a claim of "Good Faith" here by including a letter to the engineering firm acting as threshold inspectors to assure the county of the quality and correctness of the improvements. This is an attempt to bring this property into conformity as improvements were made by the previous owner without the benefit of a building permit.
